APPLICATIONS
The Super CPT cable stripping tool strips the jacket and cuts back the braid and dielectric to the proper dimensions on braided and braid-replacement drop cables, including standard (single) through quad shielded RG-6, -59, -7, and -11 cables. Super CPT cartridges are also available for CommScope 59 Quad-series Headend, Times Fiber TXFF, and Andrews CSA-6 and CSA-11 helical braid-replacement cables.
The tool facilitates working on multiple cable types because it holds two cartridges, eliminating the need for frequent cartridge changes.
With the new insertion feature, the Super CPT also assists the process of inserting a cable into a connector before compression or crimping.

Connector Insertion Sockets
The new connector insertion feature of the Super CPT provides all the leverage needed to push the connector onto the cable, eliminating the need for a separate insertion tool. No connector threading and unthreading is required, making insertion a speedy, one-step operation. Simply slip the connector into the appropriate socket (659 or 711) and push the cable into the connector. Sockets support all RG-6, -59, -7, and -11 connectors. |

A Wide, Durable Body
The wide jaws easily accommodate the bulk of large-diameter cables. Made of durable plastic, the lightweight SCPT tool offers consistent, precision performance even under harsh conditions. |

Two Cartridge Slots
Slots for holding two different sized cartridges make it convenient to use the SCPT tool when working on multiple cable types. |

An Ergonomic, Efficient Design

Patented Clean-out Feature
The patented cleanout feature of the Super CPT tool automatically removes excess jacket, braid, and dielectric from the tool after stripping. |

Color-coded Replaceable Cartridges
Color-coding of the replaceable cartridges makes it easy to identify the right cartridge for the application. The cartridges snap easily into place. |
